Let’s jump right in, shall we? I’ve done a few of these photo diary posts, so you know what to expect. Just a glimpse into my everyday life.

Ah well, that first panicked photo, when you open your laptop and realize that it’s the 12th of the month again. It’s good that this serious is about the ordinary things in life, because my morning was very unspectacular.

I spent my morning listening to several episodes of Liz Wilcox’ list building summit. (If you do any kind of e-mail marketing go check her out). After that, I was inspired to work on my e-mail flows, so I sketched out some stuff on paper. If you join my newsletter, you’ll soon get shiny new e-mails. About that, are you on my mailing list yet? Hop on, for twice-a-month e-mails to carry you through all of your PMDD days.

I also had an online meeting about a speaking engagement (more about that soon), but I forgot to take a picture, so here is this arts reflection of me in my somewhat smudgy laptop screen.

A quick documentation of my #ootd (outfit of the day, that is). A few years ago, I discovered dresses by wool& and I’m in the middle of a 30 day challenge, wearing the same dress every day.

We spent the afternoon colouring and my son actually wanted to design a board game. Well that might be a little ambitious, but we made a start on a Dungeons & Dragons inspired map.

That reminds me, I should probably blog a list of things to do with your children, when you don’t have that much energy. As it happens, colouring used to be a staple in my arsenal of activities. Today, I actually had quite some energy, so I ended up reorganizing and cleaning a bit.

I always find it amazing what even 15 minutes of cleaning can do for your mindset. That feeling of happiness when things look tidy… and that instant feel of accomplishment.

Dinner prep while listening to new podcast episodes. Nothing spectacular.

Well ouch. Nicked my thumb. So that concludes this photo diary with 10 instead of 12 photos. As you can see, heavy bleeding prevented me from taking more 😉 But at least the band-aid matches the veggies I was chopping.
I’ll be here for next month’ 12 of 12. (And hopefully one or two “real” blog articles in between) But if you can’t wait to hear from me, just hop on my newsletter list.
