I believe that, as a mom, you deserve to feel safe to share your ‘less than perfect’ moments and to get exactly the help you need. When you need it.
I understand exactly what it feels like to google “regretting motherhood”, and to keep your fingers crossed that nobody would find out. I was a mom who was struggling to find a balance between being a working mom, a partner, and a woman.
If you don’t feel comfortable yet in your new role as a mother, you have come to the right place! Let’s talk, because my wish for you is that you have an easy start with your child, and a safe space to talk about your struggles.

Motherhood felt very heavy to me. My whole view of motherhood has become much more positive. I can organise my life in such a way that there is room for a child, but also some room for me.
I have certainly achieved my goal of being a happy mum who enjoys time with her son. The insecurities I have as a new mum have become much less thanks to talking to Claudia. Happy, in other words! Because enjoying yourself is the most important thing there is.
